| 1. Measure the distance between the vertical rails | 2. Cut each sheet of insulation to the proper length. | |

| 3. For non-standard doors you may need to measure door panel heights and cut the insulation accordingly. |
4. Measure the depth of the vertical rails. | |

| 5. Cut excess insulation to size then place behind the vertical rails. |
6.Insert each insulation sheet (laminated side facing out) into the door panels top side first. Carefully bend the bottom of the insulation sheet into the bottom of the door panel.The sheets will ‘pop’ into place. | |
