		<description>As I am about to replace the weather stripping around the sides of my garage door opening, I totally appreciate this &quot;how-to&quot; article.  The problem with mine isn&#039;t so much about air coming in as it is about the existing stripping cracking and breaking off.  In addition to appearance, I worry a little about rain coming in, so I know this has to be done.  Thanks for the good tips.  
This also makes me think about the things we put in our garages - traditionally anyway - cars.  For all of the same reasons, we can&#039;t forget about replacing worn out stripping and seals on them either.  Also a surprisingly easy task.  Anyhow, thanks again for the article.  It&#039;s a big help.</description>
