Hi Christal! We don't do replacement panels, just insulation panels. Sorry, but you'll have to contact Clopay for that.

Hi Jeff,

Nope! Check this out from our Falcon Foam Garage Door Insulating Kit FAQ

Question: Will the additional weight of the Garage Door Insulation effect the operation of my garage door opener?
Answer: One Garage Door Insulation Kit weighs approximately 10 pounds. This slight addition in weight should not affect the performance of the garage door opener nor require a change in springs. However, if you have concerns you should check your owners manual or consult a professional Garage Door Specialist.

Hi Jim,

Sorry we do not. But you can cut a spacer out of foam or wood to use between the edges of the metal panels on your door, and our Falcon Foam panels. That will hold them in place. It may look a little off with the differing thicknesses of foam, though.

Question,
I am repairing some damaged foam panels on my garage doors but they are 1.75-2" thik. Do you make any this thick? I can't seem to find any.

Hi Tim,

Check out my reply to Sharon below. If you have an exacto knife, and don't mind a little extra work, you can make the Falcon Foam Garage Door Kit work for you.

Hi Sharon,

No, you can use this kit. The panels are easy to trim to your own garage door. When you think about it, they would have to be - there are so many different garage door manufacturers, types and designs. Check out this page: Falcon Foam installation instructions

I had a question...this *seems* like the product I want, but...

I have a vinyl garage door. It's 16' wide. It has 5 panels, the top four are 18", the bottom one is 21".

Do I have to use someone else's product?

I have a garage door that has 16 panels in it. Each one is 21" top to bottom and 46" side to side and 1 1/2" deep. Do you have anything that will work for this and what would be the cost?
